Located on Thompson Drive, in the heart of Kerrville between River Hills Mall and the Kerrville State Hospital, this facility offers daylight access via access controlled gates. Twenty-four hour access is available on our commercial side.

This fully paved, fenced and lighted facility offers easy access to any of our eight unit types. We have 5 X 10, 10 X 10, 10 X 20 and 10 X 30's as well as RV units in 12 X 35, 12 X 37 and 12 X 44 carports and 12 X 31 totally enclosed motor home units.

We also offer climate controlled units in 5 X 10 and 10 X 10 sizes. The climate controlled units are maintained at 78 degrees and 30% relative humidity year round.
