If you have never used our self service storage, there are a few things you should know.

Each storage unit is equipped with a locking hasp. You provide your own lock and keep the key.

The storage operator is not responsible for any items you place in storage. We have no bailment, thus we do not take "care, custody or control" over your stored property.

When rental is not paid on time, we may use Part 59 of the Texas Property Code to seize and sell the unit contents at a public sale.

Rental is due on the 1st day of the month. We send a reminder notice on the 20th of the month to remind you that rent is coming due.

We have a ten (10) day grace period. That is, we look for your rental payment any time within the first ten days of the month. The access controlled gate system locks out anyone not current on the 6th.

A late fee of $5.00 is charged on the close of the business day on the 10th. Mailed payments are considered delivered on the date of postmark.

An additional late fee is charged on the 25th of the month of $5.00.

Liquidation process begins within the last five days of the month when rental is due and not current. All fees must be paid in cash or money order to halt a liquidation procedure.

We have a one month minimum lease requirement and a $20.00 or $40.00 deposit depending on unit type.
